Paddle Board Yoga
Each week, 10 registrants will be able to join this one-of-a-kind experience presented by Pure Soul Paddle Board Yoga and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail. Whether you are new to yoga or SUP, this is a great way to explore mindful movement with exclusive access to the Downtown Canal. Guests are welcome to watch or participate from the serene landscape of the Admiral Spruance Basin.

Our Signature Location for all things Pure Soul! Exclusive access to 37 acres of pristine water with Indy’s only Floating Harbor. Book a session and grow your skills on land or water at Lakefront!
Additional options for this location include ~ paddle board events, rentals, bring your own board lessons and SUPTOPIA parties. Indoor studio and floating harbor sessions are available from land.

Family Yoga
This Free class with take place on land at the Admiral Spruance Basin. All ages are welcome to join this Sunday morning session. A limited supply of yoga mats will be available to use for the session. There is plenty of space to bring the entire family, registration is kindly requested for this event sponsored by the Indianapolis Cultural Trail. Get ready to embrace you inner child!
